ENDURANCE is our aerobic-focused conditioning class built around sustainable effort, team training, and measurable progress.

You’ll rotate through cardio zones (Zone 2, 3 & Threshold) using a mix of ergs, sleds, running, and bodyweight intervals. Every block includes a KPI to track your engine gains week to week.

You’ll train in teams or pairs — so bring your best energy.
